They are usually found were there are large amounts of food i.e. restaurants, hotels, etc. Australian Cockroach Mostly an outdoor species, they have been known to make their way into people’s homes. The best way to prevent cockroaches from entering your home is properly sealing possible entry locations and maintaining sanitary conditions at home. Cockroaches can fit through small cracks and love finding unsealed food around the house. Regularly disinfecting surfaces throughout the house and ensuring that all food is properly sealed can go a long way in preventing cockroaches from entering your home.
